Masaki, the now former member of the popular NewTuber group, Harikiri Sisters. After a career setback, aka getting fired unexpectedly via a livestream, she joins forces with Live, a partner with superhuman abilities. Together, they aim to create sensational content and reach 1 million subscribers. Will they reach their content dreams or be hit with the block button?

Nobita, who visited the dinosaur exhibition with his friends, and in a fossil excavation experience vows to his friends that he will discover a dinosaur and dares to eat peanuts with his eyes if he does not fulfill the dare. As he left the excavation experience he trips over a rock, and suspects he has found a fossil egg. He goes home and convinces Doraemon to use "time wrapping cloth" on the fossil egg and twin dinosaurs emerged. Doraemon found that they are a new species of dinosaur not listed in the "Complete Encyclopedia of Space". Nobita named the twin dinosaurs Kyu and Myu, and under the advice of Dr. Dinosaur learned how to take care of them. The two fast-growing animals gradually showed a difference. While Myu has learned to fly, Kyu has not and was smaller in size than Myu. As Kyu and Myu grew bigger, Nobita's room was not enough so they used the "Breeding diorama set" to allow Kyu and Myu more freedom. The day where Nobita fulfills his dare came, and as his friends arrived they discovered that Nobita has indeed found a dinosaur. At this point Kyu and Myu made a lot of commotion leading to Nobita's mom to come upstairs. They tried to hide Kyu and Myu by using the "spatial movement crayon", however, the townspeople saw Kyu and Myu. They realized Kyu and Myu reached the limit of growth, and should return to their time. Nobita had trouble accepting this, but decided it might be the best option.

The film opens with Nefeltari Vivi flying with Pell in a brief flashback. Returning to the present, Vivi and the Straw Hats meet Crocodile's subordinate Mr. 2 Bon Clay. Mr. 2 shows the Straw Hats his devil fruit ability, which allows him to assume the form and voice of anyone whose face he has touched. Vivi describes a brief history on how the Baroque Works leader Crocodile has used Dance Powder while posing as the country's hero. He has also tricked the rebel and royal armies into fighting each other. Once in Alabasta and after crossing the desert, the Straw Hats find the rebel's base deserted, while the rebel army, led by Vivi's childhood friend Koza, witnesses the port town Nanohana being burned by members of Baroque Works disguised as soldiers of the royal army. The rebels decide to attack Alubarna, where at the same time Mr. 2 impersonates the king, Nefeltari Cobra, and orders the royal army to engage. Meanwhile in the desert, the Straw Hats are intercepted by Crocodile and his partner, Ms. All Sunday. Crocodile aims for Vivi, but Luffy stays behind and distracts him, while the other Straw Hats escape. In the ensuing fight, Crocodile defeats Luffy by impaling him through the chest with his hook and buried alive.
